Samuel Conner Willis, DNP

Throughout Conner’s life, he has always wanted to serve and help others, whether serving his country or community. He enjoys practicing in his hometown because it builds the genuine relationships necessary for quality primary care. Throughout his career, he has strived to inspire health and wellness in each patient through evidence-based practice, education, and patient-centered care.

Conner started a direct primary care practice to ensure his patients receive the exceptional care necessary to reach optimal health and well-being. By prioritizing provider-patient relationships, Conner takes time to ensure you feel seen, heard, and understood at every visit. He strives to provide you with quality care that is accessible, convenient, and focused on helping you achieve your health goals.

He has a 10-year-old son named Dawson and is married to his beautiful wife, Kristen. In his free time, Conner likes to be outdoors with his family. He enjoys fishing, spending time on the lake, and out at the baseball fields with Dawson.
